While working as a professor at the University of Hong Kong, Dr. Lin dedicated many years to developing potential hair treatments to help patients suffering from burns and scalds and to improve patient wound recovery. Dr. Lin, a Taiwanese doctor who holds an Oxford Immunology Ph.D., used specific colloidal silver formulations in his research and discovered several key factors involved in hair nourishment. Eight patents have since been filed for this work. Shortly after, Dr. Lin moved to the UK to work as the chair professor of the surgical department at the Imperial College of London, and the development of this product was subsequently halted. A few years later, Dr. Lin returned to Taiwan to care for his family, and in addition to working on innovative CAR-T and related cell therapies, he resumed work on this hair product. He believes that its formula can be beneficial to those experiencing hair loss, as it has been shown to be effective in both Hong Kong and UK trials. It has recently been commercialized and launched in Taiwan, allowing those in his home country access to this product.
